We understand the importance of ITM in the community and utilizing this technology it’ll allow us to work together more efficiently to ensure a system’s readiness and meet the required codes and standards. IROL’s web-based platform will allow our department to streamline the ITM process, track compliance, and overall reduce the impact of fire.

 

IROL’s proven process provides benefits for our entire community:

  • Ensures the conditions and readiness of fire and life safety systems.
  • Increases the frequency of repairs by addressing deficiencies, thus increasing revenue.
  • Provides increased education, awareness, and response by Business/Property Owners.
  • Assists in ensuring licensed companies are performing quality ITM.

 

There is a nominal per-report submission fee of $16.99. We understand you may pass along this fee to your customer however, encourage you to learn more about how this program will assist in revenue generation and your additional fee options by contacting IROL directly.

Please review the required submission time frames listed below:

Clear/Compliant: Systems containing NO deficiencies will be submitted within a 10-day time frame of when the inspection took place.

 Deficient: Systems containing any deficiencies will be submitted within a 7-day time frame of when the inspection took place.

 Critical: Systems containing ANY critical impairments will be submitted immediately. If necessary, please call Fire Dispatch unless the Fire Department is already on scene.  Provide the location and contact number.
