Are you aware of the fire hazards that exist in your home? That’s the question members of the Columbia-Richland Fire Department were looking to tackle with the public on Tuesday, October 24, 2023.
The department hosted a free community seminar that focused on residential fire safety. The event at the Busby Street Community Center was well attended by area homeowners and property managers.
Leaders of the department discussed methods that CRFD uses when responding to fires as well as ways to discover and eliminate common fire hazards.
